Welcome to my website, and thank you for taking the time to read a little about myself and the services I have to offer.

My name is Paula Jacobs and I am a qualified therapist to VTCT standard in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. As a member of the FHT you can be assured of professionalism at all times. Other treatments offered are Thermal Auricular (Hopi Ear Candle) and Reiki.

Having spent 20 years as customer service advisor in the pharmaceutical wholesale field, I have now turned my attention to a more natural way of healing, set up a treatment room and now I work from home. It is said that blocked energies within our body causes “dis-ease” within ourselves and creates a feeling of unwell.

Holistic treatments allow the energy to flow more freely and in turn promote a sense of well-being. Holistic therapies are non-invasive, natural healing treatments and can be used alongside conventional medical care. When you come for your first treatment a consultation will be carried out to make sure that the treatment is suitable for you.

Complementary therapies are safe to use alongside conventional medical treatment and should not be used in place of prescribed medical care.  Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.
